Solution

If your email is going straight into your trash folder instead of the inbox, here are some tips that may help.

1. Login to your webmail account and click the filters icon. Review any custom filters that you may have added. Also review the default filters that come with webmail and look at the column that says "Global."

If you see any numbers in the "Global" column next to a filter, that number is an indication of how many times that filter has worked. Usually the global column has 0's next to the default filters.

2. Go back into your inbox and click the preferences icon, scroll down to the "Message Filtering Options" section. From here you can also review your current settings. By default, the check boxes are unchecked so if anything has been edited by you, you may want to reset to the default values in order to start fresh.
